Dodgie still uses film for most of his personal projects and other fine art pieces. He uses 35mm and medium format cameras depending on the type of project.

Dodgie's choices of Hannemuhle "fine art baryta" and "photo rags" for specialty prints and most of his large fine art prints are done on metallic paper .
