Dodgie is a Winnipeg based artist, creating fine art pieces in various mediums. He is a multi-award winning jewellery designer and a noted fine art photographer.
Photography is an artwork and for Dodgie this is a true passion. His extensive artistic training specifically his love for oil painting inspired him to pursue photography. It is not that much different in terms of composition, choice of subjects so he directly applied his knowledge to this new found artform. In his early years in photography he managed to establish himself as a premier Winnipeg landscape photographer.
Request for his photographic services ranges from portraits to weddings and event photography and his work is always consistent to the quality of his gallery pieces. His attention to detail and careful composition allows him to create images that are not only visually stunning but also emotionally compelling.
Dodgie also conducts workshops and one on one teaching sessions for photographers wanting to learn his brand of photography.
